We have been a customer of Netlets for approx. 8 years & they do laundry for 17 accommodations that we have. We have had a great service from them over the years. Obviously during this time there may have been a few issues, but they have always dealt with it professionally, so our guests & our housekeeping operations are not impacted. I really would not choose to go elsewhere - they are not the cheapest option but that is because their value & commitment to a quality service is excellent, and I would see them as a key partner to our business. Highly recommend.
